Alconomics is the Science of Spirits, the Business of Pleasure and the Art of the Bartender. {br}We teach bartenders the mechanics of their jobs and the passion for their profession {br}{br}Alconomics is the company behind the business. Formed by Angus Winchester in 2003 Alconomics creates, produces and executes bespoke training modules and provides bar consultancy services on behalf of enlightened souls from Bars to Brands.{br}{br} {br} 'Cuban Cognac' cocktail{br}Cognac, Grand Marnier, lime juice, apple juice, sugar, mint {br} {br}{br}In 2006 Alconomics expanded to create a dedicated Asian operation and provide quality bartender training and consultancy services from Japan to India.{br}{br}The current faculty members in the Department of Alconomics are Angus Winchester, Sam Jeveons and Pete Kendall. {br}{br}Angus, based in Europe, travels the globe spreading his teachings and talents as the founding Alconomic.{br}{br}Pete and Sam set up Alconomics Asia in Hong Kong in July of 2006. With over 6 years combined experience in the region, they offer their talents in this fast growing market.{br}{br}With a glowing track record in award winning bars behind all three and a burning desire to learn, teach and travel ahead of them the future looks rosey, wherever you are.......{br}{br}{br}{br}Alconomics believes Knowledge is Profit.
