My son who is 13years old has just been to the acomb branch and asked for a kids meal consisting of ham. Which he had on 31st august which was £1.50 he has come home today with a 6 " ham and was charged for a 6" tuna at £3.75 i am very disapointed. Sunday 31st august my daughter had a 12" chicken tika and asked for it to be cut in half and they cut it with the wrap on so she had paper stuck in her sandwich so again very dissapointed. I feel that the staff are in need of more train on listening to customer and dealing with cutting a 12" sandwich. Your sincerly heather dudman
